SCANDINAVIAN CLEANROOM EXPERTISE

Cleanroom systems, engineered around your process.

Polar Cleanroom Systems supports cleanroom and laboratory projects from early requirements through design, delivery and handover.

We combine structured project coordination, specialist expertise and practical technical experience to help customers create controlled environments that fit their process, site and quality requirements.

ABOUT POLAR

Structure for complex cleanroom projects.

A cleanroom project is rarely only about walls, filtration or equipment. It depends on how your process works, which requirements apply, how the facility will be operated and how specialist disciplines are coordinated.

Polar Cleanroom Systems is a Swedish project company focused on cleanroom systems and laboratory environments. We help customers turn early requirements into a defined project scope, bringing together relevant suppliers, technical specialists and delivery partners around a clear plan.

Our role is to create structure where projects can otherwise become fragmented: defining the need, coordinating interfaces, clarifying responsibilities and supporting delivery through to handover.

WHAT WE SUPPORT

Cleanroom and laboratory environments, defined around the project.

Cleanroom environment with stainless steel workstations and equipment

Cleanroom projects

For new facilities, upgrades and controlled production or research environments.

Polar can support requirement definition, concept development, supplier coordination, project planning and delivery follow-up. The exact scope is defined around the site, process, technical requirements and delivery model for each project.

Container-based modular cleanroom system

Modular and container-based concepts

For projects where flexibility, speed, phased expansion or constrained site conditions are important.

Modular and container-based solutions can provide a practical route to new controlled capacity. Polar assesses these concepts as part of the wider project solution, including how they fit the intended process, local conditions and long-term operating model.

Laboratory equipment within a controlled environment

Laboratory environments and equipment

A controlled environment depends on more than the room itself.

Polar can coordinate selected laboratory equipment, furniture and working-zone requirements alongside the cleanroom scope, helping create a more coherent environment from day one.

HOW WE WORK

A structured route from cleanroom requirements to handover.

01 — Understand the requirement

We begin with the operational reality: your process, workflows, site conditions, timing, budget and quality context. This early stage helps identify the critical questions before a cleanroom solution is defined: what needs to be controlled, what needs to be documented and which technical disciplines need to be involved.

02 — Define scope and responsibilities

A clear project begins with a clear scope. Together with the customer, Polar helps define the solution concept, project boundaries, technical interfaces, delivery responsibilities and key milestones. Where specialist partners are involved, their contribution is defined as part of the project plan.

03 — Coordinate design and delivery

Polar coordinates relevant supplier and specialist input around a clear project direction. Depending on the project, this may include cleanroom materials, HVAC, utilities, electrical work, laboratory equipment, installation planning and documentation requirements.

04 — Support testing, documentation and handover

The final stage is about making the agreed scope usable and traceable. Polar supports the coordination of testing, documentation and handover activities. Where validation or specialist verification is required, this is addressed through the agreed project team and relevant qualified partners.

QUALITY BY DESIGN

Compliance is not a label. It is built into the project.

Controlled environments must be designed around the intended use, the applicable standards and the customer’s risk profile.

Polar works with customers to define the relevant quality and regulatory context from the start. Requirements related to ISO 14644, EU GMP, documentation and validation are addressed within the agreed project scope and with relevant specialist partners where required.

We do not treat compliance as a generic promise. It is established through the right design decisions, clear responsibilities, appropriate testing and complete documentation.

Whether the project involves a permanent cleanroom, a modular solution or a container-based concept, the approach is developed around the intended use, applicable requirements and site conditions.

At Polar Cleanroom Systems, we believe reliable controlled environments start with clear requirements, coordinated technical decisions and a structured path to delivery.
